Perceptions of Norm Staff Surplus Classroom Teachers on Organizational Commitment

چکیده

Örgütsel bağlılık örgütün hedeflerine ulaşmasında önemli bir etkendir. Bu sebeple bu çalışmada norm kadro fazlası öğretmenlerin örgütsel bağlılığa ilişkin algılarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum araştırması olarak tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığında çalışan 13 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. verileri veri toplama tekniklerinden biri olan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak MaxQda 2020 programı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda görevlendirme çalışmaları okullarda bulunan gruplara dâhil olamadıkları, çalıştıkları için ön yargılarla karşılaştıkları, belirsizlik yaşadıkları nedenle mesleki güvensizlik duygusu yaşadıklarını ifade ettikleri anlaşılmıştır.
